Autumn 2025 influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations

People aged 65 and over can book an appointment for influenza and COVID-19 vaccination in Maisa (maisa.fi and the Maisa app) or by phone at +358 9 310 46300 on weekdays from 8.00–16.00 (no call-back service).
Unfortunately, the telephone booking service is currently congested. We recommend calling again later, for example a few days from now.
For those under 65, appointment booking opens on 8 October in both Maisa and by phone.

If your first language is neither Finnish nor Swedish, you have the right to an interpreter.

We provide services in Finnish and Swedish in accordance with the Finnish Health Care Act and Language Act. If your first language is neither of these languages, you have the right to an interpreter.

You have the right to an interpreter in all social services and healthcare. Please mention your need for an interpreter when making an appointment. The interpretation service is free of charge for you.

If you have hearing loss or speech impairment and require the assistance of a sign language interpreter, for example, you can use the interpretation services of the Social Insurance Institution of Finland (Kela).
