Physical activity that support functional capacity will aid you if you are finding it difficult to cope with everyday life or are working as an informal caregiver.
Arts and crafts groups at service centres offer creative activities for everyone interested in crafts. You can work by yourself or take part in guided courses.
Everyone interested in music can join a service centre's music group for sing-along and karaoke, for example.
Game groups gather people interested in playing cards and board games.

We have groups for different languages, such as English, German, Swedish and Spanish. There are also language groups for those studying Finnish.
