Our callback service is available from Monday to Friday 7.00–18.00. We will call you back during the opening hours of Counselling for People with Disabilities and make two attempts to reach you.

How to send a secure email:

1. Go to https://securemail.hel.fi/(Link leads to external service)
2. Enter your email address in the ‘Lähettäjä’ (Sender) field and click ‘Jatka’ (Continue).
3. Log in to the service with your online banking credentials or mobile certificate.
4. Click ‘Jatka palveluun’ (Proceed to service).
5. ‘Vastaanottaja’ (Recipient): sotepe.vammaisneuvonta@hel.fi(Link opens default mail program)
6. Enter the subject of the message and the message itself.  
7. Add attachments if necessary. Remember to click ‘Liitä’ (Attach).
8. Send your message by clicking ‘Lähetä’ (Send).
