We grant home care based on a service needs assessment. You can receive support services even if you are not a regular home care client.
A centralised telephone service for home care was introduced in autumn 2025

A new centralised telephone service for home care is in use
The number for the home care centralised telephone service is
+358 9 310 01105(Link starts a phone call), and it is open every day from 7.15–21.00. Through this new number, we serve home care clients, their loved ones, home care employees and our cooperation partners. The new telephone service is in use in all home care units.
