As a resident of the Neulapadontie Assessment Unit, you will maintain your position on the supported housing waiting list.
Our primary objective at the assessment unit is to identify the most suitable housing service and provide the necessary support for you. We will evaluate your functional abilities, housing skills, and guide you towards appropriate services and activities.
In collaboration with you, we will develop a client plan that outlines your individual goals and needs. Regular meetings will be scheduled to review your progress and address any concerns. Additionally, our staff members will conduct prearranged home visits to provide support and assistance as required.

The route to the main entrance
- The pick-up and drop-off area is located in the vicinity of the entrance, giving easy access to the pavement.
- The route to the entrance is smooth and sufficiently wide and illuminated and it uses movement-guiding surface material.
The main entrance
- The entrance stands out clearly and is illuminated. There is a canopy above the entrance.
- The doors connected to the entrance stand out clearly. Outside the door there is sufficient room for moving e.g. with a wheelchair. The door requires the use of a buzzer, opening easily manually. The buzzer has a light signal.
- The entrance has thresholds over 2 cm high.
