Autumn 2025 influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations

People aged 65 and over can book an appointment for influenza and COVID-19 vaccination in Maisa (maisa.fi and the Maisa app) or by phone at +358 9 310 46300 on weekdays from 8.00–16.00 (no call-back service).
Unfortunately, the telephone booking service is currently congested. We recommend calling again later, for example a few days from now.
For those under 65, appointment booking opens on 8 October in both Maisa and by phone.

Reception at substance abuse services without an appointment

Feel free to visit us at the Kalasatama Health and Well-being Centre without requiring an appointment, especially if you are in need of detoxification treatment or urgent assistance related to substance use concerns. For non-urgent matters, please contact our phone service. If you are already a client in substance abuse services, please contact your treatment facility.

You are welcome to come to the reception without an appointment in situations involving detoxification treatment, urgent issues tied to substance use, or if you lack access to a phone. We are available to assist adult residents living in Helsinki on weekdays from 8.30-15.30 at the Kalasatama Health and Well-being Centre. Upon arrival, please register at the kiosks on the 1st floor.
