Autumn 2025 influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations

  • People aged 65 and over can book an appointment for influenza and COVID-19 vaccination in Maisa (maisa.fi and the Maisa app) or by phone at +358 9 310 46300 on weekdays from 8.00–16.00 (no call-back service).
  • Unfortunately, the telephone booking service is currently congested. We recommend calling again later, for example a few days from now.
  • For those under 65, appointment booking opens on 8 October in both Maisa and by phone.

Day activities Sävel

We serve older residents in eastern Helsinki, whose memory or functional capacity has decreased.

Our Sävel team includes a physiotherapist, occupational therapist and practical nurses.

Our daily programme includes a wide range of activities, such as mental workout sessions, outdoor activities, manual skill building, music sessions and physical activities, for example gym training. We also enjoy meals together during the day. Our activities are planned together with our clients.

We also organise intensive rehabilitation in day activities.

Day activities Sävel operates at the Myllypuro Senior Centre.
